Exit polling conducted In two Austin precincts, 256 (Casis Elementary) and 426 (Govalle Elementary), on three proposed constitutional amendments:
Proposition 11 - requiring that record votes in the Legislature be publicly available through the Internet
Proposition 12 - providing for $5 billion in bonds for highway improvement projects
