 Hi, VoteRescuers!

Tomorrow is our supply pickup for Election Day, and we want to remind
everyone: SET YOUR CLOCKS BACK ONE HOUR TONITE or you may miss us at
Randall's tomorrow!
Karen has designed some VERY cool signs for our trouble-reporting stations -
wait til you see them!

AND: If you have not yet been to a Volunteer Briefing but wish to
volunteer, YOU STILL CAN DO SO!

Attached are: a simple set of instructions for our monitoring action this
year, plus all the forms you will need. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, as
they include a good overview of our action and details you will need to
know. If you are volunteering you will need to come to:

*SUPPLY PICKUP*: Signs, name badges, informational flyers, *and extra
copies of trouble-reporting forms and petitions* will be available for
pickup on *SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND, between 3 and 6 pm (DAYLITE SAVINGS TIME)*,
at the Randall's parking lot on Lake Austin Blvd, near Exposition

*Directions:* Coming South on Mopac, exit Lake Austin Blvd, turn right, and
Randall's will be on your right just before Exposition Blvd.
Coming north on Mopac, exit 1st/5th street; left on 5th,
which becomes Lake Austin Blvd. Randall's will be on your right just
before Exposition.

If you have a video camera and would like to volunteer for a special
monitoring project that would involve working from about 8pm til 11 pm,
please contact me at 512/775-3737 and I can brief you on this alternative
monitoring project.

TO VOLUNTEER BY PHONE, call me at the above number. We can get all of these
forms to you on Sunday.

*PARTY LOCATION beginning at 8pm Election Day*: Crowne Plaza Hotel, NE
Corner of 290 and I-35 (the NORTH intersection, NOT the Ben White
intersection of these two highways. This is where volunteers will turn in
their boxes of forms and their supplies. We will be in the BAR,
celebrating, swapping stories, and watching election results.

Thanks for all of your wonderful help in regaining elections back into the
hands of citizens!
