[VoteRescue] 1st 2009 VoteRescue Meeting & a Movie: Tues, 1/20

HELLO ALL YOU VOTERESCUERS!

We hope you had a wonderful, well-deserved holiday season!

We invite you all to join us for our first meeting of 2009 which will be at
Brave New Books, 1904 Guadalupe, Austin, on Tuesday, January 20th, from
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

We'll be screening a dynamite film entitled "Murder, Spies, and Voting Lies
- The Clint Curtis Story".  The almost unbelievable but true film depicts
the dramatic story of our friend Clint (who came to town last June at
VoteRescue's invitation to give expert testimony about the ease of hacking
electronic voting machines).  You won't want to miss it!

Film will be shown from approximately 7 til 8; we'll also be discussing our
plans for 2009, which will include lobbying at the Capitol for the 2009
version of the Texas Hand-Counted Paper Ballot Bill; possibly doing Exit
Polls for the May city election, and who knows what other powerful stuff
we'll come up with?

We wouldn't be VoteRescue without our fabulous volunteers:  YOU!  So hope
you'll join us Tuesday night!
